I dont think its to push the shares down.
You see alot these days of large sell orders on different stocks placed on the offer now instead of selling it in smaller parcels.
Some times the sell order gets taken out and bought and other times it spooks the market and causes the shares to weaken.
Amateursish but it seems to be alot more common way to sell shares these days
