Hi Stirer, the announcement clearly states the facility has expired, it’s even in bold. So the whole facility has expired as per the announcement.
On who caused it to expire isn’t clear but there really wasn’t any reason for WKT to cancel it as they have already paid all the upfront fee shares and it was a standby facility in case of the unexpected. Perhaps they cancelled it to alleviate some shareholder concerns over the impact on share price, which would be ironic given all the cheering by holders when the BMCG facilities were first announced.
