The chairman holds the majority of shares .He would suffer the biggest dilution because of his large holding. There is more than one way to swing a dead cat.
This would attract other financiers who currently may not like the majority Chinese ownership .
The share value is equal for ever holder .Each lose/gain in proportion to holdings. I am not worried.
If what you say comes true (doubt it) Can you imagine how much the chairman would lose compared with poor me.
