I think you are probably right here about OEX going belly up is only a matter of time without another cornerstone investor. Essentially nothing has really changed with the new management and they are likely just stripping whatever is left for their own gain. It makes it difficult for investors to pump money into this dog when management are not fully being straight with the market. I guess that is why they call these stocks penny dreadful; with questionable behaviour from management that would never be tolerated by the market if it were a stock of credibility.
