The offer closed last Thursday. So they have had 4 days to work out what % of the offer was subscribed. As the funds would have to be in the bank at 5pm, they would have known very early Friday morning, if not on the Thursday evening.
Why have they not announced to the market the uptake, and what amount, if any, was left with the short take mobs?
I would assume that these two entities would have been notified on Friday of any call, as they need to make liquid funds available for this Thursday?
Thus there may be a situation where one or more out of the two is privy to information that is not available to the general market. If so, this is a dangerous game being played by OSL.
Even if the offer was 100% and no call made on the two short fall mobs, this is still information that is not being shared to the market.
