i cannot point you to the announcement, atm (jameson time ...), but AVB previously referred to examining term sheets regarding finance and back then it seemed (from the wording of the announcement) that it was AVB in the driver's seat, namely it was parties putting a 'proposal' to AVB to become a part of the AVB growth story.
once again, total speculation, but one must question who or which party is and has been in control of negotiations / discussions ...
a lot will be revealed in the coming weeks
