From the COK offtake agreement which required a AGM vote due to section 10.1, they announced the offtake deal on 05/02/15. They then started to send out an explanatory statement on the 09/03/15. Last day to vote 07/04/15 and the AGM date 09/04/15.
Judging by this, they have to start sending out notices around late May... which means that news of whatever deal they are planning on will be known shortly.
