Whatever the deal is, shareholders can vote on it. One would think Appian, Blackrock or Glencore would protect each of their own interests against whatever one of them proposes.

And that's the beauty of having Ap,BR and G on board. They have interests to protect and will not tolerate dilution I suspect or a sale of anything. Offtake agreements is more likely IMO
