They can't come out of the trading halt unless they can secure further funding as based on the books they would almost certainly be trading while insolvent.
Will be interesting to see how many more extensions it will potentially take until the ASX steps in and issues an ultimatum on reopening or possible delisting. Not really sure what happens to be honest as i've never seen a company take this long to raise without going into administration.
Should be interesting.
