for those who are interested. the announcement says november 2022. i choose the last possible day. for stage two permits, i quickly couldn't find an exact date for transmission, so i took the last possible date from the quarterly report for the third quarter of 2023. approval is expected for h2 2024. compared to stage one, a difference of almost ~40 days.
