Dathcom /AVZ have been awarded the mining licence by Ministrial decree but what is holding it up is the CAMI department working out appropriate surface rights to fully complete the process .
Why give up two thirds of Carrier De Lest and open up competition from China majors when AVZ has legal title ??? to all of the tenement that was acquired back in 2017.
