agree myfolk but of course what type of force majure clauses did they have - there are many a varied as there are contracts, always the base cases of war etc etc but many others can be added. this will really test their JV agreements which have already been through the ringer on the PE and can they ann force majure when the others dont, becuase i imagine if it all or none for force majure relating to the actual project not FAR independantly??? - dont know just thinking aloud??
