Doc24, I remember a couple of years ago we tried to arrange for OOO to hold proxies on behalf of a large number of us retail shareholders.
Prior to any meeting, be it the AGM or EGM, all shareholders receive a notice offering them an option to delegate their wishes to a proxy.
I now wonder if we could organize to do something similar but designed to give a cumulative voice to our wishes to seek changes at the board level. Who knows, we might even get support from the likes of Farjoy(Tim).
I'm just putting it out there. Is this a discussion worth having? Is there enough pissed off shareholders? Could we make a difference? Are there still enough of us? Have we got the organisation skills amongst us?
