You make a good point Wombat.
While Zinjin and Cominiere may apply to the ICC for an arbital decision, it doesn't mean that the ICC will automatically grant the application. If the ICC considers that the application is simply vexatious or without merit, then it will not grant the application.
Let's hope the ICC can see through the smokescreen.
