Ask yourself why it didn't work here! Google the National Construction Code and what is required in different parts of the country. Do some research on masonry building in Florida, look at what is required. It's got nothing to do with, how many blocks it lays per hour!
This all happened years ago with FAT testing (factory acceptance testing) and (Site acceptance testing) look where that all ended up?
