If they don't get a deal, at the very least I'd like to get a little more disclosure about these ongoing, high level discussions they've supposedly been having for the past 3 years. I think SH deserve at least that much (within the confines of what they are legally able to disclose of course) if it all turns out to be p1ss and wind.
