isn't the Clark property 51% Filipino ownership under the original registration AITMG 2009 "Australian International Training and Management Group" (updated after a few years later to Clark Education City when AITMG failed) then to SITE Philippines with Alcantara as local Director who input was it $ millions ($4) some couple of years ago? I guess he is watching closely! Just out of interest - this used to be a USA air-force base and under the 30 hectare site are roadways and storage dumps- the roads went from the then US Radar Base to the Clark airport (US airforce) and to the Clark hospital and one they say all the way to Subic (the old US naval base) The old huge radar antennas still stand rusting away.
