AHN have to pay 8% accrued interest on the funds. Thats my take on the deal. A cheap and effective way for Fenix to take ownership IMO. Like Adroit has alluded to it isn't a bad deal having the might of FEX.

Good for AHN not so sure good for FEX holders, but that will be determined in the re-exploring they are talking about. Although after 16 years of exploring I think Ed and Co. have pretty much drilled, explored and sampled the whole place.

At least with FEX taking on a serious role Ed will be held to account and or pushed out the door meaning drilling might actually occur this time not like the last $3m raised that was wasted and not used for what it was raised for.
