AHN have to pay 8% accrued interest on the funds. Thats my take on the deal. A cheap and effective way for Fenix to take ownership IMO. Like Adroit has alluded to it isn't a bad deal having the might of FEX.

Good for AHN not so sure good for FEX holders, but that will be determined in the re-exploring they are talking about. Although after 16 years of exploring I think Ed and Co. have pretty much drilled, explored and sampled the whole place.

At least with FEX taking on a serious role Ed will be held to account and or pushed out the door meaning drilling might actually occur this time not like the last $3m raised that was wasted and not used for what it was raised for.

@AdroitCapital - great question where are the funds to pay the loan coming from?

That's where the interest owed to FEX will no doubt give FEX more ownership over AHN until an eventual takeover happens. but at what price will that be before "X " percentage of AHN have been given away to pay interest.
