    @spid81 yes correct masterbatches are generally dispersed at this inclusion rate. I am not sure how much graphene you can get into the actual masterbatch, I would suspect 30% is pretty saturated, even 10% loading would be advantageous.


    @InvestandSave, as an example you may add 20 kg of master batch at 15% Graphene, per tonne of HDPE i.e. 2% inclusion rate, this means you get 3 kgs of Graphene in per tonne. @ $150 /kg you have add $450 of cost $2000 / tonne of HDPE, but the total anount of graphene is 0.3% in the finished product so the basic economics is that you would want that $ value better performance for the cost added,

    As Hubron example if you make non-conductive HDPE conductive, then this opens up a whole new world of applications... then the cost incurred needs to be sold on the opportunity cost and this is a tricky piece that will take time and courage for the market participants to value as we are all waiting for!!
