Clearly there are two different target markets and the scaling up and repetition of CETO 5 was certainly an option in particular for near shore prospects with desal an added option.
CETO 6 was for a self contained unit that would be most suited to being deployed a much greater distances from shore.
I checked previous announcements and I have never heard that the PWEP CETO 5 project would only run to end of 2015.
