Seems some who post on here have an interest in upramping . Maybe it's people like you who place those small orders at higher prices before trading opens to make it look like there's more interest in the stock than there is.

It IS commercially viable for locations that currently rely on diesel. As someone who did spend some time living in the bahamas... diesel generated power is crazy expensive PLUS you get the desalinated water.
