The RVR $19.84 million royalty payment came with a binding agreement that no further royalties apply to the ground.
I have spent a bit of time inspecting Hillgrove, the gold and antimony is there with around 1 million ounces of gold in JORC resource plus antimony. It has disappointed quite a few companies trying to get profitable production. It needs a new approach I think. The tailing dams are a significant environment risk but so far so good.
Someone will make Hillgrove work but it will require decent capital to open up multiple working fronts for ore production from vein type mineralisation.
Sunshine has the JORC at Liontown as a nice asset with potential for company making discoveries at multiple sites.
