They just need to get a $12M loan, buy property, get through until funding for construction, maybe a bit spare for some regional drilling to add to the KGP resource and then once they get the large $100M funding for mine and mill etc, they can pay the loan back. That’s the best way forward for shareholders unless a sophisticated shareholder comes to the party and lends a heap of cash at a premium…
