This is very true, but the fact no mining lease is granted yet and the main property purchase is yet to be completed actually protects us from the vultures for now. The moment both those are sorted it is game on! However until then, the risk is too high for most managements of mid to large cap resource companies to accept. Shareholders will not be a fan of spending hundreds of millions buying out a company without a mining lease or no guarantee of digging up the land.
