3 banks involved (each providing $100M?) - two are approved and in the bag (12/12 ANN page 8 - FAR is targeting binding and committed termsupon completion of each banks’ credit approval process on or before the end of 2019), while the 3rd has passed due diligence and just require credit approval from their respective department and this has been delayed (the credit dept must have had a great xmas/new year holiday!).

"A third bank advised it will seek credit approval during the week of 6 January 2020". Even with a mortgage, credit approval usually takes a week from DD, so FAR may have been too optimistic with a 1-week turnaround (after all the first 2 banks took about 2 weeks to get credit approval - from date of 12/12?). So expect the third bank to approve on 20/1... GLTAH
