i come from a small businees background, we always worked on for every $ spend you need x4 in revenue, (some work on 3x) THIS COVERES ALL COST AND OPERATING EXPENSIVES AND YES PROFIT MARGINS OF ABOUT 10%
the but is the kick in but, ..are we making revenue 4x costs? to or likely too, yet someone gets 1/4 million for turning up to lunch every day, and if over time, tiwce on weekend.
see if they are keener if payemnt is in the form of options, exericse at 50c.... and see the urgency to proform.
