Peak mine. Simple - they did a raise not that long ago, to "sophisticated" investors and SPP. The do a second one to "sophisticated" investors only. Poor people who have options expiring in December, or the average investor who can't buy at discounted prices. There will be a billion share on issue before the share price gets above 2 cents at this rate- only a lazy 103 million shares issued this round!
