No, just a little frustrated by the lack of momentum at the time. I was "almost of the view", but definitely still holding out for a recovery.
Hypethically, if we were able to sell the plant (and lets say for $12 million AUD as an example), then that would boost our cash to around $13.5 million and our EV would then be just $2.5 million with around 1 million oz of Gold (or around $2.5 per ounce, which would be unrealistically cheap). In that scenario, it would be more likely that the market would still value our Gold at $16 million (around $16 per ounce which is still much lower than most peers), but our cash of $13.5 million would then push our MC closer to $30 million.
And hyperthetically that would have been under the previso that we could toll treat a certain amount per annum.
BUT, either way, I would prefer to hold the plant, but would like AUN to be more vocal on the plant. It's clear the market is adding no value to it (but it should, given the refurb should only be around $15-$20 million AUD, compared to $100 million AUD for a new plant). That is a saving of approx. $80 million AUD!!! That's gotta count for something.
I definitely don't want us to get lazy with what we have. Hopefully, there will be some good announcements coming up, especially in light of pending results.
