"You are correct in they do need capital, and they themselves have stated it". Would you please point where they said this recently.
The last Qtr showed an N/A for number of quarters of funding on hand. This means they had net inflows over the quarter in the runup to the P2 start.
They also had $8.4m in cash as at 31Dec and are quite clearly well funded through well into the Phase2.
But you are right that the next raise will be with $1+.
