Just my 2cents worth of opinion.
it’s unbelievable how hard someone is trying to repress the SPA, they really want it at $0.13 despite numerous PS announcement. Usually there is a spike or a sell off ( buy the rumours, sell the news).
something is brewing behind the scene, and it’s probably a good one.
once the data will be out, no one will stop deep pocket to bid.
