I am not down ramping they may have a lot of good products - this isn't one of them. Anyone who thinks they can sell thousands of tonnes of defatted powder overseas is dreaming. Mussel supply is very concentrated in NZ, 2 businesses control 70% of the market. But I am sure you know that already. Good luck.

Let me qualify my earlier statement - this company won't make a lot out of selling defatted powder - it's a commodity.
