most directors don't have much skin in the game. That's just normal.
Buy or sell based on the underlying business, not whether directors have skin or not.
I am happy to wait and see. I have a smallish position bought at 10yr cyclical lows.
I will speculate on your answer, CSR got a take over offer, maybe this pumped the whole industry, but I wouldn't put money on it.
