    I didn't say that I said selling power to South Africa is the least risky of the options. It would be more risky selling power domestically in Zimbabwe to a population that is already scrounging around for black market USD's

    And yes a mine can afford USD's as they are exporting minerals in USD's is Sable chemical's suddenly forcing farmers to scrounge around for said USD's
