FORECAST: TUR: Turners & Growers - Profit Guidance
Turners & Growers advises that it expects that its preliminary 2014 full year
Profit Before Income Tax will exceed the 2013 reported result of $23.4m by
approximately 10 to 20%.
Normalised trading results in the second half of 2014 have generally been
consistent with the corresponding period in the previous year.
However, the 2014 full year result has been affected by a number of
significant items, in particular:
- The impact of consolidation to reflect the acquisition of Apollo Apples
(2014) Ltd in December 2014; and
- Revaluations of land, buildings and biological assets.
It should be noted that these items do not impact the cash position of the
T&G Group, and are subject to external audit review.
Turners & Growers expects to release its audited result for the financial
year ended 31 December 2014 on 27th February.
