Sales are up roughly A$9.5 million to $155 million, but NPAT is expected to rise from $15 to $17 million.
A quick calculation suggests that SNL's net margin has risen from about 10.3 per cent to 11 per cent. If true, very good as it suggests little or no pricing pressure affecting SNL, unlike retailers such as SUL.
But we await @madamswer 's detailed analysis, far more comprehensive than my quick (and fallible) contribution.
I couldn't think of many businesses more boring than one selling truck and bus parts when owners' vehicles are out of warranty (typically after they have their 4th birthday) but boring is great, as one could almost put SNL scrip in the bottom drawer.
