I hope people have noticed the massive fees the current BOD are drawing in a suspended company.

Nigel Ferguson paid himself a cash bonus of $240,000 on top of his impressive $400,000 salary. Nice work if you can get it.

Graham Johnson paid himself a cash bonus of $140,000 on top of his $345,000 salary.

total board salaries $1,494,599 with total bonuses of $609,948.

In a suspended company with a disputed license.

add to the massive administrative costs of the company. Shareholders are getting fleeced by this management.

I’d accept these kind of payments if the company was operating but this is a non-active exploration company. It’s disgraceful.
