GQG's $USD91.2B in FUM is $USD800M short of its forecast for June 2022 of $USD92B. In the notes, they have confirmed they are experiencing higher inflow than anticipated.
If the same happens over the next 2 quarters (i.e. $USD6.2B of net inflows), then $USD105B is a real possibility with performance on top.
Assume GQG management forecast of $USD3.9B of net inflows for each quarter is achieved, $USD99B is a likely outcome.
Therefore we are looking for a June 2022 range of FUM between $USD99B to $USD105B, an increase of between 7.6% and 14.1% above GQG forecast.This would add similar value to shareholder returns.
