They pick up the money and also all the shares not taken up by existing shareholders. Massive dilution and huge collapse in average shareholder's value while directors and selected underwriter/s pick up huge chunks at discounted prices. We've seen this strategy time and time again with Mather. He knows what is happening, one might say strategically concocted. with DGR and all its daughter subsidiary companies, and he knows when to act for his own benefit.......certainly not ours.
