Good to see management missed their deadline as noted in the quarterly, with timelines for the EPC offer being January. I don't believe that they will deliver on their further guidance in the quarterly stating receipt of EPC offer in February. The board has been letting excuses delay this process too much. The problem is they have put all their eggs in one basket, so we are wed to the current situation, even if it were to be delayed another 6 months. At least they kept us in the dark as to why they let another deadline slip. Guess it not a requirement to explain these things to shareholders these days.
