As flattering as that is, the same thing happened prior to FUM announcement and then it dropped.
Interest will be attributable to one of a few factors:
1> Pumping and dumping - lets wait to see at the close of market where it ends
2> Investors wanting to get in based on large end of year dividend (25c represents a 4.167% unfranked dividend yield at $6 per share, 5.95% fully franked)
3> Given the success of PNI, a bet on PAC looks like a good bet, particularly given the low PE ratio
4> Earnings leak (highly unlikely that they have the final figure yet)
Anyone else have some thoughts?
