I've been in and around the Funds Management game for about 20yrs, and what school someone went to or the colour of their skin has never been a big concern. It's the type of career that mostly attracts maths nerds and engineers and the applications for jobs pretty much reflect what the ethnicities of people taking those courses at university are.
