Thats what chalice do they are explorers, they find deposits prove a resource sell it and return divideneds to share holders. They will be trying to do this at gonneville too. If they think there is more cheddar south then hell yeah put some rigs down there and have a look, they can afford it. If they find nothing then no big deal but if the find more then the beast gets bigger the price gets higher and the more a major will pay to own it.
