Lets look at the top 20 again. You will be surprised how many management owns here. I checked the register when I initially took my position early this year.
My notes are a bit rusty as I am now more interested in acquisition and drilling rather than the register.
As per last annual report:
2 & 3 are also linked with management one with DRC and one with Gary.
There is also number 9 which I think is linked to JB. Dig a bit more and you will be able to find it.
Number 12 & 13 are linked again with DRC based director.
So in total management owns 250m plus shares which is like 22-23% of the company including JB’s shares IMO.
But as always DYOR. Hopefully drilling update and acquisition in coming days/weeks for a nice pay day.
