There is no financial need for a cap raise as there is plenty of money in kitty to last quite a long time. In fact there is enough money to last nearly 20 months as from 1 April based on the projection in the last Cash Q - AURISM 202103 Appendix 5B.xlsx (markitdigital.com) - page 4.
Raising money via a cornerstone investor (eg SFR) though is a very different type of raise. That is on the cards too I reckon, and not at 5c either. CIs pay a premium for the privilege of taking a high stake in one fell swoop.
