You can that was a silly statement. The Zimbabwe government isn't going to stop excess power being sold into the grid. They love there royalty payments as much as our government. Australia would be a third world country if it wasn't for the royalty paid on our resources. We can't stop down ramping or people with negative attitudes but from what I can see there starting to put together a pretty substantial business plan and in my opinion ( please don't waste your time being critical of my opinion as I don't pay attention to cr#p.) This is going to be fast tracked by local money.
