GENERAL: GNE: GNE: Quotation of Bonds on NZX Debt Market
Genesis Energy announces that its unsecured, unsubordinated senior bonds
("Bonds") have been accepted for quotation by NZX and will be quoted on the
NZX Debt Market from 2 December 2015.
Genesis Energy Limited has recently applied to NZX for permission to quote
the Bonds on the NZX Debt Market ("NZDX"). The Bonds were issued in December
2008 pursuant to a master trust deed and supplemental trust deed each dated
25 November 2008 (as amended from time to time) and offered pursuant to an
investment statement and prospectus each dated 25 November 2008.
A "Profile" for the purposes of the NZX Listing Rules setting out key
information in relation to the quotation of the Bonds will be released via
NZX announcement on 2 December 2015 (the "Profile"). It should be noted that
although NZX has authorised the quotation of the Bonds, NZX accepts no
responsibility for any statement in the Profile. NZX is a licensed market
operator and the NZX Debt Market is a licensed market under the Financial
Markets Conduct Act 2013.
