Directors' Nominations - NZX Listing Rule 3.3.2
The Annual Meeting of shareholders of Turners & Growers Limited ("the
Company") is to be held on Wednesday 17 June 2015.
The opening date for nominations of Directors is Tuesday 17 March 2015, and
the closing date for nominations to be received by the Company is 5:00pm,
Friday 17 April 2015.
Nominations made during that period must be received at the registered office
of the Company (as below), and must be made by a shareholder entitled to
attend and vote at the meeting, and must be accompanied by the nominated
person's consent in writing to act as a Director, if elected.
