This announcement on the 28th January 2022 was a clue as to just how much contempt the board of MP1 has for its shareholders. They would have known such a ordinary Quarterly was brewing yet the self indulgent board had the audacity to not only propose performance rights, but insist on them once shareholders voted it down the first time around.
Wouldn't it be nice to live in a world where sheethouse performance is rewarded with free money.... The MP1 board seem to think so.
Not to mention Slattery constantly selling his shares.... what an utter disgrace.
