I agree with the first part, you don't line up funding unless you know what you are going to spend it on.
But I don't think any of their exploration targets are advanced enough to warrant lining up funding. Gilmour needs substantial drilling to increase the size of the resource before you would commit to a stand alone plant. The rest of the targets are early stage. They are 2 years away from needing funding for organic growth. I think there is an acquisition in the wings.
It would be something in Western Australia.
